Returns & Refunds Policy

Finished Products (Made by Us):
All items made by us are sold as described. We accept returns on finished products if they are faulty or not as described, in line with UK consumer law.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in the condition received, with any original packaging if possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

“Finish Yourself” Products:

Products sold as “finish yourself” are intended to be completed by the buyer.

Once the buyer begins finishing the product (e.g., painting, assembling, staining), the product cannot be returned.

Acceptance of the product by the buyer constitutes consent to undertake finishing and assumes the associated risk.

Reclaimed / Salvaged Materials:
These items are sold as-is, made from reclaimed or previously used materials. Condition and visible defects are shown in the photos and described in the listing.

We cannot guarantee that these materials are safe for structural, load-bearing, or construction use. Buyers are responsible for assessing suitability and using materials safely.

For in-person collection, items must be inspected on site. We cannot accept returns for in-person pickups.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Delivery Issues:

Please inspect delivered items promptly and report any issues within 14 days.
